A Level Dance

Introduction:

This course provides students with the opportunity to acquire experience of performance and choreography and to engage in critical thinking about contemporary dance. Throughout the course students will have the opportunity to enjoy a diverse programme of professional performances, visits and workshops. If you are passionate about creating and performing dance then you will enjoy this course. 

Exam Board: AQA

Specific Course Entry Requirements: In addition to the Minimum Entry Requirements you will need at least a grade C in GCSE English Language. GCSE Dance or BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Performing Arts preferred.

Additional Information: An audition may be required. Applicants without a dance-related qualification may be considered but would need to demonstrate ability and interest.
