Voluntary Work

For a number of years SFX students have volunteered their time to serve others in the local community. Volunteering not only contributes to building a good sense of community, it also enhances a volunteer’s sense of pride, confidence, and puts faith into action. SFX volunteers have worked in a variety of placements, including:

  • Charity shops
  • A Jewish residential care home for the elderly
  • Two primary schools
  • Homeless shelters
