Chaplains and Counsellors
SFX employs a lay chaplain to serve the spiritual and pastoral needs of its students and staff. What does this mean? Put simply, the chaplain is here to offer you company as you travel through this part of your life pilgrimage, and if you so wish, to help you develop your personal relationship with God.
The chaplain at SFX is Christian in keeping with the religious identity of the college, but she is here to support students of all faiths or none and is readily available to talk with any students who wish to speak with her.
The contact details of your college chaplain are below:

SFX also have links with the Jesuits who are based in Clapham, and who come to celebrate mass for us every fortnight and on special occasions.
Whereas the chaplain is available to provide a listening ear in a safe space, there may be occasions when students wish to seek professional counselling. In this case, appointments can be arranged with the college counsellor via email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . SFX is very fortunate to have a professional counsellor, Aurora Gomez, who visits the college on Wednesdays and Fridays. In addition, SFX employ a full-time Student Welfare Officer, Sali Kargbo, who is available to offer practical support and advice to students in matters that concern their welfare.
